When designing, we fully consider the future development direction and adopt a modular design concept, which can achieve the free combination of various components of the product, with the characteristics of universality and interchangeability, and can achieve multiple codes for one machine, making it easy to achieve transformation and upgrading. All process flows are driven by servo motors, with servo constant tension control center for unwinding and inflatable shaft loading; The production process automatically changes materials without stopping or slowing down, and defective products are automatically removed; Equipped with an automatic material correction device, the operating system adopts an industrial computer touch screen interface, providing human-machine dialogue pages, graphical control, real-time monitoring of the production process, and real-time prompts and alarms.
